| I'm going to start a new Recruit program. The "Recruits" will be admins, but have limited powers until they have been with us 3 months. If they survive that long, they will be full members. I would like the Recruits to wear a New Recruit tag, like so: Vm|booger [R]
Recruits will have basic admin powers: kick, slay, slap, chat, and the ability to conduct various votes.
